Hiring a professional wedding planner is a big decision. You have to like us…. REALLY like us!

We are going to be spending a lot of time together during the planning journey. You have to trust our expertise and we have to respect your wishes. We will work as a team. We are not here to take over your vision but we are here to collaborate with you to enhance it. This is why we accept a limited number of weddings each year.

Once you complete the contact form below, we will be in touch to share more details about our services (it’ll be SUPER detailed) along with our starting-from fees which reflect our creative + technical expertise. 2023 marked our 10th season in this beautiful industry and we only work with a few select clients each year to ensure everyone receives our full attention.

After we email back and forth a few times, we will schedule time for a video consultation. The meeting won't feel like a true "meeting" because we want to get to know you as individuals and as a couple. During the consultation, we will show you what our online planning workbook entails, share a preview of our super detailed + colorful wedding timelines, and explain our planning package options in more detail. Within a few days, you will receive a custom proposal with a detailed quote summarizing the services we can accommodate for your wedding. The initial consultation fee is $200 for the 90 minutes and will be applied as a credit to your wedding planning package (custom and complete packages only) once you hire us.
